Plotter Software Installation

Note:
1. Plotter’s two connection methods: USB and LAN.

2. In case computer Windows system is defective, please install “1

SETUP” file to restore it.

USB CONNECTION
1. Run “PLOTSETUP” file, finish control center installation. While

installation, “Completing the Plot Net &USB Setup Wizard” will be

shown as below picture:

Follow wizard to finish the setup. Please choose “Connect

Type” as USB.

2. Click “Finish” and wait for a few seconds for USB driver

auto-installation until you see “Install Complete”, as picture showed:

3. Turn on plotter’s power. Connect plotter and computer with USB

cable. You will see reminder as “The computer detects new

hardware”, please choose “Install the software automatically”, as

picture showed:

4. Click “Next----Next—” until finish, see below picture:

5. Open control center, in case the green light is on and plotter

model showed on the lower left corner, plotter can work normally.

LAN CONNECTION
There are two different connection methods with LAN connection:

Connect computer and plotter with LAN cable directly or Connect

plotter to the HUB, also connect computer to the same HUB.

1. Connect computer and plotter with LAN cable directly.

Please follow the below steps:

(1) Run “PLOTSETUP” file, finish control center installation and

Setup Wizard

Note: choose “Connect Type” as LAN. Setup wizard will

change computer IP address.

(2) Turn on plotter’s power. Connect plotter and computer with

LAN cable. Open control center, in case the green light is on and

plotter model showed on the lower left corner, plotter can work

normally.

Note: Computer IP address can not be obtained automatically

by Windows System. IP address must be the one which is got

by “setup wizard”.

2. Connect plotter to the HUB, also connect computer to the

same HUB

(1). Run “PLOTSETUP” file, finish control center installation. While

installation, “Completing the Plot Net &USB Setup Wizard” will be

shown as below picture:

Follow wizard to finish the setup. Please choose “Connect

Type” as USB.

(2). Click “Finish” and wait for a few seconds for USB driver

auto-installation until you see “Install Complete”, as picture showed:

(3). Turn on plotter’s power. Connect plotter and computer with

USB cable. You will see reminder as “The computer detects new

hardware”, please choose “Install the software automatically”, as

picture showed:

(4). Click “Next----Next—” until finish, as picture showed:

(5). Open control center, make sure the plotter is online (the green

light is on and plotter model showed on the lower left corner)

----Click “Setup”----“Connect Type”------“Change IP Address”, as

picture showed:

(6) Connect computer to the HUB and check your company’s “IP

Address”, “Sub Mask”, “”Gateway”, please follow the below steps:

a. Click computer left bottom corner <<start>>: “Start----All

program----Appendix-----Command Prompt”

b. Open “Command Prompt”. Input: “ipconfig”, Press “Enter” and

you will see the Local Network IP Address, Below picture shown

data is an example only, actual data may be different:

(8) Change plotter’s IP address by following the below ways, as

picture showed:

Click “Save”. “Do you want to change the plotter network address

also?” please click” YES”. Then the plotter’s IP will be changed.

Note: While changing plotter IP address, do make sure data

inside red line is the same as computer data (inside red line).

But IP address last data can not be the same (data between

0-255), this data also must be different from any other device’s

data which is belong to same Local Network.

(9) Disconnect the USB cable. Connect the plotter and HUB with

LAN cable. Open control center, click” Setup--- Connect

Type----LAN---Save”, you will see the green light is on and plotter

model showed in the lower left corner. Then plotter can work

normally.

Note: In case unexpectedness, plotter can’t work properly,

please follow the above ways to reset it.
