5. Compare the differences in your conceptions of acceptable and non-acceptable
behavior and discuss why there are differences.
a. Behaviors that are wrong and those that are right shouldn't be described by
gender alone. Instead, they should be based on morals, ethics, and respect
for others, no matter what gender they are. Gender equality is the idea that
people should be treated the same, regardless of their gender. But in the
past, traditional gender roles have led to unfair demands. Promoting gender
equality means fighting against and breaking down these stereotypes to make
society more fair and open to everyone.
6. Do you feel that the unacceptable behavior you identified violates the fundamental
characteristics of human beings? Is it bad based on what human beings really like?
a. In the modern world, the youth has become more prevalent in society which
includes their ideals and opinions. I think that the new generation has a
changed mindset over what becomes acceptable in the society taking in
consideration the feelings of most. The behaviors I’ve listed as unacceptable
violated the fundamental characteristics of a human being in a way that it
tends to harm the feelings of others.
