1. Peserta adalah:
a. Peserta PPDS di Indonesia.
b. Dokter Spesialis di Indonesia.
c. Dokter Umum di Indonesia.
d. Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran di Indonesia.

2. Peserta diwajibkan mendaftar sebagai peserta Simposium

KONAS PERDOSSI 2023 serta telah membayar biaya
pendaftaran. Bagi yang belum menyelesaikan administrasi
pendaftaran sampai tanggal 1 Juli 2023 jam 23.59 WIB, artikelnya
tidak akan diproses lebih lanjut.

3. Naskah lengkap peserta akan dimuat dalam buku prosiding

KONAS PERDOSSI 2023 ber-ISBN.

4. Hak atas publikasi menjadi milik panitia KONAS PERDOSSI 2023.

5. Peserta yang artikelnya terpilih untuk presentasi oral wajib

mengirimkan slides presentasi oralnya dan mempresentasikan
artikelnya secara virtual dan dinilai.

Syarat Artikel
Ketentuan Umum dan Alur Proses Artikel
1. Panitia menerima artikel ilmiah untuk kompetisi E-poster dan
presentasi oral.
2. Artikel ilmiah merupakan artikel orisinil yang belum pernah
dipublikasikan sebelumnya.
3. Jenis artikel adalah artikel Laporan Kasus dan Penelitian
4. Setiap peserta mendaftarkan satu akun surat elektronik (surel)
yang akan digunakan untuk komunikasi terkait artikelnya.
5. Pengiriman abstrak dan revisinya, naskah lengkap, E-poster, dan
slides presentasi oral (jika terpilih) dilakukan lewat laman

6. Artikel Penelitian telah mendapatkan persetujuan dari Komite
Etik dan Penelitian Kesehatan (KEPK) setempat.
7. Artikel Laporan kasus telah mendapatkan persetujuan dari
pasien atau orang lain yang bertanggung jawab pada pasien.
8. Penulis bertanggung jawab terhadap isi artikelnya.
9. Panitia berhak menolak dan membatalkan bagi artikel yang
mengandung bahasa dan konten lain yang tidak etis atau
berpotensi menimbulkan isu SARA, sudah pernah
dipublikasikan sebelumnya, tidak lolos kajian etik (untuk artikel
penelitian), tidak mendapatkan izin dari pasien atau orang lain
yang bertanggung jawab pada pasien (untuk artikel laporan
kasus), serta mengandung unsur plagiarisme, fabrikasi, dan atau
fraud.
10. Pengiriman abstrak dilakukan dengan mengupload abstrak
melalui website KONAS PERDOSSI 2023 sampai dengan 1 Juli
2023 jam 23.59 WIB.
11. Peserta yang abstraknya diterima wajib mengupload naskah
publikasi melalui website KONAS PERDOSSI 2023 hingga tanggal
7 Juli 2023 jam 23.59 WIB.

Syarat dan Ketentuan

1. Peserta terbagi menjadi 2 kategori :
· Peserta KONAS Perdossi 2023.
· Peserta umum
2. Setiap peserta atau tim dapat mengirim maksimal satu karya.
3. Karya yang dikirimkan adalah karya asli yang orisinil, bukan plagiat,
belum pernah menjadi juara pada event sebelumnya serta belum
pernah dan tidak sedang diikutkan dalam event yang lainnya.
4. Peserta umum membayar Fee registrasi sebesar Rp. 300.000, ke

5. Panitia berhak mendiskualifikasi bila ditemukan karya peserta tidak
sesuai dengan aturan.
