license, in the event that the Boxer or his seconds/trainers fail to return in the Philippines after

matched in weight, ring record, ability and quality of previous fight.

5. That we understand that knowingly submitting a grossly mismatched fight shall be grounded
for disciplinary action, including suspension or revocation of matchmaker’s and promoter’s
licenses.

6. That the contents of this affidavit have been explained and translated to me/us in dialect that
