Our information office on campus provided resource and


support to help you make the right choices about childcare
– whether you’re a student, staff, or member of the local
community. The office provides information about the five
centres closest to our campuses, relevant government
agency, and other daycare centre in the surrounding areas.

people’s lives but could perform this function far more
effectively than it does now. What distinguishes the better
government plan from the other two is that instead of
changing the size of government, it reallocates spending in
ways designed to improve government performance.

5. Pluto lost its official status as a planet yesterday when the


International Astronomical Union downsized the solar
system from nine to eight planets. Although there had been
a passionate debate at the IAU General Assembly Meeting
in Prague about the definition of a planet -and whether
Pluto met the specifications- the audience greeted the
decision to exclude it with applause.
