Compliance

Mr/Mrs. Client; before I can submit your file I need to run through some quick
compliance questions. This is to protect both you as well as our firm and to make
sure we are all on the same page. I will switch to a recorded line and ask you to
respond yes or no to the following 4 questions.

1. Do you understand that if you have an automatic payment with the


IRS and you wish to stop it while we work to solve your tax
problems, it’s your decision and responsibility to put a “stop
payment” at your bank.
2. Do you understand this process will be a team effort and will
require your cooperation by communicating & providing
documentation.
3. Do you understand you are retaining Untied Tax Defense to perform
a complete tax investigation and help build a plan of action to
resolve your case?
4. Do you understand resolution services are to resolve your tax
issue(s) with the Internal Revenue Service or the IRS? Not the state.
5. We can prepare and file your state taxes, but we can not negotiate
with any state .

Looks like we have everything we need to get started. Keep in mind, since you
have tax debt, you may get calls from other companies offering their services.
Now that you are a client of United Tax Defense, you don't need to speak with
anyone about your taxes except for our Firm. Also keep in mind you will be
receiving friendly payment reminders via text message and emails if you're in a
payment plan. And you’ll also receive reminders if you default. Any issues please
save my direct number in your phone. If you have any questions don't hesitate to
