1. Physical & Basic Inspection

• Physically check the appearance of the analyzer, make


sure there is no dust, bloodstain, and paint on the cover;
• Properly shake the analyzer, no noise during the shake.;
• Insert an USB Drive (4G or 8G), check whether an USB
symbol appears on the bottom column;
• *Optional testing: check the network port functionality by
connecting the analyzer to PC with a network cable.

2. Internal Function Inspection

• Login to i15 with service account;


• Account ID: service, Password:8008307573;
• Enter the path “Setup”> “Diagnostics”;
• Check “Pump”, “Valve”, “Printer” and “Inter
Simulator”, record the test information;
• Make sure the pump, valve printer work normally,
and the analyzer pass the internal simulator test.

3. E-simulator Function Testing

• On the main screen, enter the path “QC”> “Simulator”;


• Follow the instruction on the screen, insert an E-simulator;
• Wait for several minutes until test result appears;
• Make sure the analyzer pass the e-simulator test

4. Liquid QC Testing

• Prepare EDAN Liquid Level1, Level2, Level3 QC solution,


level 2 is a must;
• Properly prepare the QC solution, enter the path “QC”>
“Control” > “BG”, follow the instruction to conduct Liquid
QC test
• The analyzer should pass either Level1,Level2 or
Level2,Level3 QC test, Level2 is a must to pass
