 Job Description and Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
• To plan, develop and oversee all marketing
activities in Indonesia and support the SEA
Marketing Activities.
• Able to grasp industrial pharmaceutical
trends and analyzing marketing data.
• Should be well-versed in specialized
marketing concepts, principles, and tactics.
• To increase reputation and growth of the
company in Indonesia

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create awareness and brand visibility in Indonesia.
• Provide short and long term market forecasts, reports,
and trends to assist sales personnel in acquisition of B2B
clients.
• Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the
sales process and help positioning and messaging in
order to shape future marketing strategies.
• In charge of outbound and inbound marketing activities
by demonstrating expertise In various areas (content
development and optimation, advertising,
events/exhibition planning, etc).
• Conduct market research to understand about client
requirement, preference and trend.
• Oversee marketing lead generation.
• Design content marketing strategies and set goals.
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing
campaigns.
• Reporting to SEA Regional Marketing Manager, Mr. Yen
Lu Toh.
• Other tasks assigned by superior manager.

Indonesia.

• It primarily focuses on the machinery, packaging and processing

industry. The expo serves as a platform for businesses and

industries to showcase their products, services, innovations, and
technologies.

• It also facilitates networking opportunities, knowledge sharing, and

business partnerships within the industry.

• At the AllPack Indonesia Expo, attendees can expect to find a wide

range of exhibitors presenting packaging materials, machinery,
equipment, labeling solutions, printing technologies, and other
products and services related to packaging and processing.

• The venue will be held in Pullman Hotel, Central Park,

Jakarta.

• The topic will be inline with previous seminar in Hanoi.

 Obstacles and Difficulties
• There are difficulties when I plan to do a video coverage in
some of the projects in Indonesia like GOF and Etana.

• The issues are the same, the project delivery.

• Before I decide to do coverage, I have to discuss with Sales

Manager first and the Project Lead in both sites.

• Since it was not so smooth, the process is declined by both

sites.

• Initially we are planning to participate on 2023 annual

conference either as topic speaker or booth exhibiting.

• Since the preparation windows are rather tight and we don’t get
the best spot for booth we are decided to postpone our
participation this year.

• Initially we are planning to make a live workshop

using Tofflon machine, but 2023 is not feasible to do
that.

• With better preparation I believe we should make a

live workshop with better preparation

• We create a testimonial interview, we can

collaborate with one of our customer to do
interview about Tofflon.

• Get a coverage for column in Newspaper, we

can promote it on LinkedIn as well
