Problem:
When the printer turned, blinking light Resume button and Print The head doesn't move.
Error:
Waste Ink Pad Counter is Full
Solution:
1. Replacing the Waste Ink Pad / the Tube Assy.
2. Reset the waste ink counter / the ink tube counter with Adjustment Program
Every time the Epson printer is turned on or will start printing, the pump will
suck ink from the print head connected to the ink tank. The resulting waste ink
then flows to a waste ink reservoir called ink pads. This waste ink tank will
one day reach its maximum capacity, indicated by the error message "Waste
Ink Pad Counter is Full." When this problem occurs, the printer cannot be
used and must be repaired immediately.
Repairing the printer for Waste Ink Pad Counter is Full error is done in 2
stages:
1. Physical improvement
Physical improvement is to replace the waste ink pad with a new one. This
replacement must be done because the waste ink pad has reached its
maximum capacity or has been saturated with ink.
2. Reset the waste ink counter
After the waste ink pad has been replaced, the next step is to reset the waste
ink counter. Because the waste ink counter has reached 100% or more,
resetting aims to return the waste ink counter to zero. Reset is done with the
"Epson Adjustment Program" software.
After physical repairs by replacing the waste ink pad, proceed to reset the
waste ink counter, the printer repair process has been completed and the
printer is back to normal and can be reused.

After the main waste ink pad has been replaced, the repair process is continued by resetting
the waste ink counter.

After all required adjustments are completed, use the “Final check pattern print” function to
print all adjustment patterns for a final check. If you find a problem with the printout patterns,
carry out the adjustment again and run “Cleaning/Ink Charge”.
