AFFIDAVIT OF ELECTRONIC FILING OF ELECTRONIC COPIES

WITH UNDERTAKING

That I, Atty. Joshua William D. Su, married, Filipino, and with office address at address at 3 rd
Floor Jomabo Centre, corner Rizal-Lacson Street, Bacolod city, hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the hired counsel of JGM Finance Corporation, the private prosecutor of People vs
Archie Kwan Go, Crim Case No 22-05-37120 for Violation of BP 22, and People vs
Carzen Grace J. Din, Crim Case No. 22-05-37119 for violation of BP 22 .

2. I, under the direction of OCA Circular No. 300-2023 submitted through email a PDF
copy of a pre-trial brief for the above mentioned cases, through email to the City
Prosecutors Office of Bacolod city, with email address dojocpbacolod@gmail.com, and
MTCC Branch 3 of Bacolod City, with email address mtcc2bac003@judiciary.gov.ph.

3. I also undertake that for other court submissions for which permission for electronic
transmittal was not secured from the court, I will submit their paper copies to the court
personally, by registered mail, or by accredited courier, within 24 hours from the date of
the electronic transmittal.

4. I attest to the facts and the truth as stated above for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
