This Court, vide order, dated

25.08.2023, directed the Registry to take
steps to obtain the records relating to the
above writ petitions and place the same
before this Court on 11.09.2023, since
the records have not reached this Court,
even though the writ petitions were
admitted on 14.02.2019 and the records
were called for. However, till date, the
records have not reached this Court.

2. Therefore, the Registry is

directed to take effective steps to obtain
the records relating to the above writ
petitions and place the same before this
Court on or before the next date of
hearing.
