Fundamental Assumptions

Three assumptions must be satisfied for the feedback Network

1.The input signal is transmitted to the output through the

amplifier A and not through the β network.
This assumption is equivalent to the statement that the system has
rendered the β block unilateral, so that it does not transmit a signal
from input to output.
This condition is often not satisfied exactly because β is the passive
bilateral
network.

2.The feedback signal is transmitted from the output to the input

through β block, and not through amplifier.

3.The reverse transmission factor β of the feedback network is

independent of the load and the source resistances RL and Rs.
