This document describes an experiment on a single-stage common emitter bipolar junction transistor (BJT) amplifier. The circuit diagram and simulation of the common emitter amplifier is shown. Measurements of the input, output, and gain voltages are recorded from the actual circuit and compared to theoretical and simulation values. Some differences between the measured and expected values are observed, which are attributed to instrumentation errors and component resistances affecting the experiment.

Result and Discussion: In the figure the type of configuration was used is common emitter configuration. From our result is clearly indicate that circuit which is use common emitter configuration was amplified. So, the experiment that was be done agreed with the theory which are voltage gain by the common amitter circuit is high. From the result which in table q it show us that got differences in value between the simulating and measured and theoretical. By using theoretical we was using Dc analysis to find out the value Vcc and V c and find Vbe=0.7v . By using digital multimeter we was measured the value. So, the value slightly differences .So, we expect that some error was interrupted our experiment value . One of the error is instrument error. Each component that we used got some resistance. So it can affect our measured value.
