INTERNSHIP TIMELINE AND GUIDELINES

Registration 31st July to 4th August 2023
Internship starting 7th August 2023
Internship ending 16th September 2023
Report submission Deadline 16th September 2023
Final Viva voice starting 18th September 2023
Final Result Submission by Supervisor 26th September 2023
* Midterm examinations of the students from 31 st August-2nd September 2023.

IMPORTANT GUIDLINES:
1. After student get their selves registered for internship. Get your internship letter from your
portal and present it to the organization where you have planned to do internship.
2. Your official university email address must be active and all the communications will be
done via university email.
3. The timeliness of the internships must be followed by the students.
4. Stay in touch with your supervisor throughout the internships process, share regular
progress/updates with him/her.
5. Ensure the guidelines of the company selection and internship reports.
6. Students must get the company approved from their supervisor and share with him/her
that how the company meets the requirements of the guidelines.
7. Report submission must include the report, the report Plagiarism, employer evaluation
letter and internship letter. In case any of this is missing then the submission is
incomplete.
8. In case your internship timeline is not in line with the above given timeline, your internships
will be cancel. (You can get few days’ extension only with the approval of your supervisor.)
