6.3. Narrative Personal Experience

6.3.1. Any New Discoveries or Observation
During my temporary position in Shalimar Plastic Industries I saw that the organization was
selling the plastic items as well as there were two different divisions one office was of
Muhammad Aslam Fayyaz wo was the CEO of the 3D wall panels and I was simply stunned
by their items and administration. They were selling wall panels everywhere. What's more,
the subsequent area was of Dr. Shakeel who was the CEO of the VetyNex medicine
organization. He is a vetenarian who sells the medicines.
In the Plastic Packaging office I noticed and figured out how to make molds for an item and
afterward how to work a thermoforming machine. Then, at that point I noticed the cutting of
the bundling sheet and its pressing into boxes, this load of things were new for me to learn.
The best things was to figure out how to manage the customers in a superior manner and
advance the organization development.

6.3.2 Problems Identified

The issues that I recognized were that organization actually needs to work a great deal to get
the ISO confirmation. However the organization is putting forth a valiant effort to meet the
rules by making the laborers wear head and shoe covers, making them mindful of various
sorts of garbage removal strategies, dealing with the neatness of the air of the division,
utilizing of bug anti-agents, stroll through door, legitimate disinfection and so on I think there
ought to be a division of microbial science in the Industry and indeed which should test the
item that if it is sans microorganisms, this is on the grounds that the items made here are
expendable plates, glasses, covers and so forth which might cause medical problems
whenever sullied. On the off chance that the items would be disinfected it will add a positive
point in industry development.
Because of the warmth of machines working in the creation office I think there ought to be a
more fitting ventilation framework in light of the fact that the corridor is record-breaking heat
up.

6.3.3.Personal Account of Interaction AtWorkplace

Every one of the workers at the business were truly courteous and great in nature. They all
aided me a ton during my temporary job period in directing me the activity of each machine
and capacity of each office. I'm appreciative to all the staff and representatives for their
assistance and direction. Besides, the conduct of the specialists between them was likewise
acceptable. Every one of the directors of various divisions were viably dealing with their
workers.

6.3.4 Specific Skills Learnt

The skills that I learnt here are:
 Make meaningful connections
 Use self-awareness to promote career development
 Prioritize diversity, fairness and inclusiveness in any situation
 Produce and deliver high-quality results
 Participate in or lead a successful team
 Develop technical knowledge and work experience
 Communicate clearly and effectively
 Promote organizational strategy
6.3.5 Most Challenging Task Performed
The sky is the limit in this world however where there is trust there is will. The most difficult
errand that I performed here was working a machine as the business doesn't permit the
undeveloped individual to work a machine however I was fortunate I got an opportunity to do
it by my hand under the perception of an all around prepared faculty. As each machine has an
alternate working technique so it is a moving errand to run a machine with no preparation
when there is a dread of anything getting incorrectly interestingly. Here all the machine
working representatives are all around prepared by the faculty invited from china to give
them a studio upon the working standards of machine and elements of its various parts.

7.Future Recommendation for Suitable Course of Action In The

Organizational Context
Past actions may be responsible for the current situation inside and outside the organization.
Understanding your operational capabilities and environment is the starting point for
formulating future strategies.
 Organizations must make a fair assessment of their internal performance and
capabilities.
 Consistency of purpose and activity can be measured by cultivating the correct
perception of customer satisfaction. Understanding the internal management process
and how to allocate resources to meet customer needs can demonstrate the
effectiveness and efficiency of the organization in effectively delivering its products
or services.
 Using resources outside the organization to help the board of directors and
management assess their ability to meet market needs can improve capabilities. Third-
party impartial consulting can dig deeper to better quantify capabilities and determine
ways to create value for customers, such as quality, service, and knowledge.
 The core competencies of the organization should provide unique skills in the market.
Their level of communication and delivery within and outside the organization should
lead to business success. No organization exists in its own vacuum, and must
constantly be aware of important external trends. The influence from the outside
world greatly affects any organization and shapes what it can and should do.
 Technological changes, economic conditions, and the regulatory environment can
enhance or weaken an organization's ability to meet changing customer needs.
Understanding these trends and their importance enables agile organizations to
prepare and adjust resources.
 Completing this internal and external analysis helps to develop a list of key issues for
the organization. Although the list may be endless, it should be limited to no more
than five to ensure sufficient focus.
 Determining the degree of change required depends on the strength of the
aforementioned organization. A strong organization operating in an environment full
of opportunities must act proactively and communicate its competitive advantage. If
an organization is in a strong position (such as sufficient capital, good customer base,
efficient delivery system, etc.), it exists in a business environment with negative
trends (such as technological change, increased competition, etc.), and the methods of
use should be studied. Strengths to achieve diversification and focus resources on
other opportunities. Organizations operating in an environment with many
opportunities that have little competitive advantage (such as high production costs,
inefficient delivery systems, limited capital, etc.) should encourage management to
reverse the use of assets to develop resources and take advantage of opportunities. If
the advantages and opportunities are few, the defensive position is essential. The level
of change required, coupled with an awareness of key issues, enables the organization
to develop strategies for persistence and potential benefits.
 Most importantly, the core of strategic planning is to reach agreement on resource
adjustments to maximize performance. Understanding the state of an organization and
the environment in which it operates is the first step in finding the path to prosperity.

8. Identifying Gaps In Classroom Learning And Experimental

Learning
The classroom learning is the first step to any work where we understand the meaning of
every term used in the hands on practice. We learn the major terms of the business or any
other field first in the classroom where we have a good atmosphere to ask our queries from
our respected teachers and they answer them to clear our concepts.
After we acquire the information from the educator, we move towards the reasonable life
where we have 80% ability of our field and the rest one is acquired from the hand on training.
In the event that we head on direct towards training with no information we can't under stand
stowed away wonder behind any work.
We are offered a chance from our college to do the temporary job to learn and investigate all
the more new things and make the ideas all the more clear which is an awesome stage yet at
the same time I think there ought to be studios, courses and other practice s in the college also
so the understudy become more certain with regards to his/her future objective. As numerous
enterprises don't permit the internee to accomplish any work at there work place as opposed
to their representatives so the understudy can't rehearse much yet through perception he/she
have an ability regarding how the genuine business is being set.
Conclusion
When two or more individuals collaborate to accomplish a goal, we call it an organisation. There is
no way for a company to improve beyond the quality of its workforce. As a result, we need to attract
and retain the most talented individuals if we are to maintain our position as an industry leader.

The human element is undoubtedly the most crucial of the three M's (i.e., man, money, and
machine). The fundamental aim is not only to hire people, but rather to develop means of attracting,
maintaining, retaining, and motivating workers to the point where they provide their absolute best
for the company. Therefore, the first step to success is training and growth. The quality of the
workforce directly affects the success of a business.

Meeting the issues of training and development may help an organisation make a major impact. The
HR department may provide the firm a leg up in the market by hiring and retaining top talent to
carry out the company's activities. Here I'd want to briefly summarise my time spent interning at
Shalimar Plastic. I'd want to thank everyone at Shalimar Plastic once again for creating such a helpful
place to study. My six weeks as an intern at Shalimar Plastic were invaluable to my professional
development, and I am certain that the skills I acquired there will serve me well in the years to come.

During my time as an intern at Shalimar Plastic, I had the opportunity to learn and practise a wide
range of useful skills. Gaining familiarity with Pakistan's manufacturing sector's operations,
processes, and offerings was also beneficial. I have done my best to provide a wealth of information
in my report on my internship at Shalimar Plastic, and I hope that anybody who reads it would agree
with me that applying classroom knowledge in the real world is invaluable. Because I was allowed to
intern here, I was able to evaluate the internal culture of the organisation as well as the external
factors that affect it.
