Write an essay on what motivational drives you possess and can be use as your enterprising skills.

Entrepreneurs essentially torment themselves while taking significant financial risks, working long
hours, and starting from scratch to maintain their businesses. When you consider it, the situation is
very gruesome. Why would someone want to carry it out? It's because, despite the difficulties, there
are moments of delight and satisfaction that can be gained from the experience, and, if you're
dedicated enough, there is a significant reward at the end of the tunnel.

For me, what drives that motivates me to be an entrepreneur is because of the money, yes I love
money, we can’t deny the fact that we loved it and of course we need it. You can try to deny it all
you want, but the vast majority of business owners start out with the intention of making a lot and
lots of money. Stories about successful businessmen like Mark Zuckerberg and Richard Branson
give the impression that anyone with a great idea and a lot of enthusiasm could become a
billionaire overnight. This isn't quite accurate, but any motivated businessperson with a fantastic
idea and perfect timing can earn a lot more money than they might in a conventional employment.
There is nothing wrong with pursuing riches, but if it is your primary motivation, you run the risk
of losing patience if you don't start seeing a benefit right away.

The other one that motivates me to be an entrepreneur is having control. Many business owners
who hope to become leaders are motivated by a need for control. When you run your own business,
you get to make all the decisions, including who gets employed and at what compensation, as well
as the new strategic directions your company will go. Entrepreneurs have complete control over
every choice made after they are established in a business. The additional stress and pressure that
come with that obligation, of course, is the other side. You will have the privilege of choosing the
direction your company will take, but if that direction is unsuccessful, you will be solely
responsible.

Entrepreneurs have lot of motivation first before they become successful. Therefore, be the one of
them, be part of them and we know that every motivation we have if we work on it, we will achieve
it.

goal setting is important because starting a successful business takes time, patience and dedication.

Make a learning insights of how your emotions and cognitions affects you and your decision making
capabilities. Are there any positive or/and negative effects? If there is any positive effect, how do
you plan on nurturing this in order to help become a better entrepreneur? If it is negative what are
your courses of actions in order to cope on it and make a positive one?

Emotions are created when the brain interprets what’s going on around us through our memories,
thoughts and beliefs. Emotions are complex reactions involving many biological and physiological
processes within our bodies. Our brain responds to our thoughts by releasing hormones and
chemicals, which send us into a state of arousal. All emotions come about in this way, whether
positive or negative.

Emotions can trigger how we feel and behave. All our decisions are influenced by this process in
some way. Making emotional decisions is natural. Emotions can lead you to success or failure, for
example if your excited you can make/ create a decision easily, it maybe affect the process on your
business or it can lead to fail because, as you decide immediately without thoroughly thinking of it,
it can affect the business.

Before you become a better or more successful entrepreneur on your journey as an entrepreneur,
you may encounter challenges, struggles, problems, and feedback. Facing all those challenges,
struggles, problems, and feedback may be done in a positive way or a negative way.

There is always a positive effect when becoming a better entrepreneur. In your everyday life as an
entrepreneur, you need to practice to become a positive thinker in order to have a positive outcome
also. Positive emotions—such as happiness, comfort, contentedness, and pleasure—help us make
decisions, allow us to consider a larger set of options, decide quicker, and develop more creative
problem-solving strategies. These findings suggest attractive things really do work better even if
this is only the case because they make us feel better when we are using them. And, just always
remember that you always need to become a positive thinker first in order to produce a positive
outcome.

Emotions that can become negative are hate, anger, jealousy and sadness. Yet, in the right context,
these feelings are completely natural. Negative emotions can dampen our enthusiasm for life,
depending on how long we let them affect us and the way we choose to express them.
We can cope this by:
 Letting go of the past – constantly going over negative events robs you of the present and
makes you feel bad.
 Try to be reasonable – accept that bad feelings are occasionally unavoidable and think of
ways to make yourself feel better.
 Learn – notice how grief, loss and anger make you feel, and which events trigger those
feelings so you can prepare in advance.
 Don’t blow things out of proportion by going over them time and again in your mind.
