Movies:

◦ Everything, everywhere all at the same time (new movie, a couple of

oscars, easy to watch 8/10 for me)
◦ The Godfather (arguably best movie of all time 10/10)
◦ The dark knight (Nolan, you know it already I am sure, perfection
9,8/10)
◦ Pulp fiction (top 3 for me, classic, watched it like 6 times already
10/10, you might not like it as much)
◦ Seven (on of the best triller ever 9,5/10)
◦ City of God (crazy good, must watch, life in Africa during war 9,8/10)
◦ The usual suspect (classic 9/10)
◦ Grave of the fireflies (animated movie, I promise you will cry during
it 9/10)
◦ The intouchables (French comedy, easy to watch 8,8/10 - its hard for me
to give a comedy a better raring)
◦ Joker (I am sure you have seen it, all my friends really liked it, me
as well but not that much 8,5/10)
◦ Requiem for a dream (movie you never want to watch again, but you are
happy you watched it once 8,5/10)

Series:
◦ True detective (1st season in my opinion best writing in TV history,
amazing acting, philosophical, 10/10)
◦ Chernobyl (10 episodes, easy to watch, explains story of chernobyl
catastrophe and problems of communist system 9/10)
◦ Breaking bad (best series all time, a little slow at the start, 100%
worth it)
◦ The wire (crazy good, but for a more specific taste, talks about
problems of usa in 90s, very well written, a little old, honestly I think you wont
like it as much as me)
◦ Succession (I am just watching it, amazing!)
◦ Euphoria (problems of addiction, growing up 8/10)

Books:
◦ 1984 - George Orwell (if I would recommend you one book that would be
it)
◦ Catch 22
