    Good Day

    Please accept this letter as my formal notification that I am leaving my position as


    Service Crew and this will effectively on July 12 2022 as my last day of duty. With this
    short notification from me I am resigning because some of my health issues that I need
    to take some medication and rest for me to recover from this illness as soon as
    possible.
    It's was an honor to be part of this company, I've discovered more about myself in
    working here, I met new friends that turns into one family. I will never forget those
    moment working with this wonderful people.
    I would like to express my gratitude for this opportunity you have provided for almost
    one year and five months. If I can be of any assistance during this transition, please let
    me know.
