5) The Cheque/Demand Draft is subject to realization and will be effective only after it is cleared and credited to our account.
6) In case of hypothecation, registration or delivery will be made only after the receipt of full payment confirmed by the financing partner.
7) If payment is made on behalf of the customer, kindly fill the Nominee Payment Declaration Form.
8) The vehicle specifications & features are subject to change without prior notice.
9) Delivery date mentioned is tentative. The delivery schedule will be based on the physical stock availability of the motorcycle.
