-Vehicle will be delivered strictly in the order of the receipt of the customer booking, subject to payment and other
formalities. Vehicle delivery however is subject to the availability of the vehicles.

-We shall not be responsible for delivery of vehicle in case of delay or rejection of finance by financer and also due
to unforeseen circumstances.
 -We shall arrange for temporary/permanent registration of the vehicle before delivery of vehicle in compliance of
provision of “Motor Vehicle Act 1988” registration of the vehicle is however subject to payment of applicable

charges by customer.

-Prices/Schemes prevailing at the time of invoice /bill shall be applicable.

-You give your unconditional consent for being contacted for Maruti Suzuki products/Services over your telephone/
mobile phone/ email/sMs.

-We request to kindly retain a hardcopy of this booking confirmation receipt.

-Ebookings older than 6 month can’t be cancelled.
