required by the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Section II : Conditions of Contract
Section III : Scope of Requirements

3 The prescribed forms listed in Appendices 1 to 5 of Section I must each be fully

completed, signed, stamped and dated in the spaces provided. All erasures and amendments
must be initialled. Non-compliance to these submission instructions may render the
Tender Proposal to be rejected.

4 The Tender will close on 5 Nov 2021 at 4:00pm sharp. Tenders submitted after the
closing date and time will not be accepted.
