SITUATIONAL ANALYSIS

Suppose you work in a police station or a law firm

and signed a confidentiality agreement regarding all
their cases at hand, suddenly your friend who was
a suspect to a crime asked you for some
documents that are in your office’s possession
that may help him in his case. How would you deal
with the situation?

ANSWER:
Being a good includes being loyal to your
pledge and being a professional, not letting
personal relationship interfere with work. In this
scenario, I signed a confidentiality agreement and a
friend of mine asked for documents to help him/
her in his case. I will not give hime documents, I
will explain to him/her that it is confidential and
even we're friends i will not exempt him/her. I will
nit give in yo his request even by force whatever
he/she will try to do. I may lost my friend by doing
so, but it's better than losing my loyalty and
integrity. I will be loyal to the agreement and i will
never let any personal relationships to interfere
with my works.

ACTIVITY 4. (CONFLICT RESOLUTION)

I will make sure that all the things i had will not
affect my activity during implemetation.
Furthermore, I will also check the proposed plan
if there is an error and make sure that I will
follow it accurately if ever i encounter the
conflict.
