1. Do you agree to the company’s policy guidelines, rules, and agreement?
Support your answer.
 Yes, I would agree with the company’s policy guidelines, rules,
and agreement, because these are the foundation to make all
things in order. These are the guiding principle of without this,
There will disorganization of all the things most specially in the
company. Everything is governed by policy guidelines, rules,
and agreement in order to attain a peaceful management of all
the company.
2. Was there a rule that you think is not acceptable to you? Why?
 Philippine rules, some are unfair to humans also those kinds of
rules that does not have just and fair implementations. Like for
example those people who either use or sell illegal drugs, some
police will immediately shoot them even though the suspect is
not fighting back at all.

Situational Analysis
Confidentiality in the workplace
Suppose you work in a police station or a law firm and signed a confidentiality
agreement regarding all their cases at hand, suddenly your friend who was a
suspect to a crime asked you for some documents that are in your possession that
may help him in his case; How would you deal with the situation?
 Being a good worker includes being loyal to your pledge and being
professional, not letting personal relationships interfere with work. In
this scenario, I signed a confidentiality agreement and a friend of mine
asked for documents, to him in his case. I will not give him the
documents, I will not explain to him that it is confidential and even by
force were friends I will not exempt him. I will not give into his request
even by force what ever he will try to do. I may lost a friend by doing
so, but it’s better than losing my loyalty and integrity. I will be loyal to
the agreement and I will never let any personal relationships to
interfere with my work.

Conflict Resolution
Did you ever experience disagreement and conflict with co-workers? How did you
handle the situation? How would you rate your skills in handling differences of
opinion? Please give an example that illustrate that skill.
 Like any other human being we also commit mistakes or do things that
we regret doing that results to conflicts. One pressure is given to us we
tend to do things that will not have a good effect, like blaming each
other and disagreement about the things that needs to be done. There
are also conflicts with our leaders or boss, when they do things
incorrectly or when their command is a little bit demanding.
