Southwest’s Single‐Duro® piston builds on the
same successful geometry of the Dual‐Duro
piston with an improved urethane seal.
Made of Single‐Durometer Polyurethane, this
triplex pump piston is designed to work well in
oil based, water based and invert drilling fluids.
The Single‐Duro Piston generates less heat
internally for cooler operation.

Key Features Include:

 Excellent liner wear characteristics

 Maximum working temperature up to 300°F
 High resistance to chemical breakdown, tearing and abrasion
 Single durometer design eliminates the possibility of bonding failure between hard and
soft materials found in dual durometer style pistons.
