Almost got caught

It was a dark November night. Street lights were too dim to even see the road clearly. The road home seemed to be
longer than usual for her. She was walking as fast as she could, when she suddenly felt somebody's presence.

It was still evening according to the clock, but the little snow elf was already running late. He was carrying a giant bag
full of snowflakes on his back and swiftly jumped from one cloud to another. Rushing did him no good as he suddenly
stumbled at the edge of one cloud.

She looked around searching for a silhouette of another person going home from maybe their work or studies. Right
above her was the elf, desperately trying to regain his balance.
Unfortunately for him, his bag was so full that when he leaned to one side, some of the snowflakes fell out. She heard
some shuffles and raised her head to look up. Luckily, she noticed the snow in the light of a street lantern and smiled.
The night immediately stopped being so chilly.
The elf sighed with relief and continued on his way, but this time, more carefully.
