Head of Imports and Exports

About this job

Coordinate all imports and exports necessary for the operation of the company, taking care at all
times of costs and the shortest possible time according to the needs of customers. Likewise, as the
realization of different complementary administrative activities.

Salary

A monthly gross salary of Mx 12,000 to 15,000 based on profile of the candidate, plus benefits
according Mexican law

Responsibilities

 Coordination of imports with suppliers and carriers taking care of costs and time

 Coordination of exports with warehouse, customers or suppliers taking care of costs

 Coordination and monitoring with the customs agent of imports and exports, complying with
all the requirements that the customs authority requires for this procedure.

 Registration of supplier invoices in ERP system

 Preparation of the monthly Intercompany report of each of the suppliers, verifying that all
invoices are registered in ERP system

 Carry out the process in ERP system (reception and remittance) to obtain invoices for direct
shipments to Central American customers

 Carry out the process for the return and issuance of Credit Notes

 Carrying out the Pick and Pack process to be able to carry out the re-invoicing

 Perform Movements and Transfers for inventory correction

 Request and obtaining cargo insurance for shipments made within the republic.

 Prepare accurate reports for the logistic coordinator.

 Lead, comply with and ensure the activities and procedures related to ISO 9001 management
systems

 Excellent analytical and quantitative skills


Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in International Logistic or Business or relations or commerce


 Exceptional leadership, problem solving and initiative skills
 Desirable knowledge in EPR systems
 English level: B1+
