Requirements for securing AIRB Clearance.

1. Letter-request for AIRB Clearance signed by the agency’s President/General Manager or designated
signatories.
2. Name/position should be TYPEWRITTEN. (Use only the AIRB Clearance Form) and
3. Attach one (1) copy of 2x2 ID picture with nameplate. Please paste the picture/s in a separate bond paper.
Return the accomplished AIRB Clearance Form and other requirements at the Anti-Illegal Recruitment
Branch (AIRB)
The AIRB Clearance is use as basis for the issuance of new license, renewal of license, accreditation of
new officers/employees and upgrading license.
