TEXT 2: Mount Rushmore

Mount Rushmore is a national monument located in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Carved
into the side of the large mountain are the faces of four men(1)_________ were United States

TEXT 3: Hurricanes

Hurricanes are large tropical storms (1)_______ develop in the oceans of the world.
Hurricanes gather heat and energy from the warm ocean water. The heat from these warm
currents increases the power of the hurricane. Hurricanes that remain over warm water usually
