Terms and Conditions - Internship at Zetpeak Company

1. Internship Period: The internship will commence for three months.

2. Working Hours: There are no specific working hours you can complete
your task and project before the deadline.
3. Supervision and Guidance: You will work under the guidance of a
supervisor who will provide instructions, mentorship, and support
throughout the internship. Regular feedback sessions will be conducted to
track your progress and address any concerns or queries you may have.
4. Confidentiality: During your internship, you may come across confidential
and proprietary information related to Zetpeak Company, its clients, or
partners. You are required to maintain strict confidentiality and refrain
from disclosing or using any such information for personal gain or
unauthorized purposes.
5. Ownership of Work: All work, including code, designs, and any intellectual
property created during the internship, shall remain the property of
Zetpeak Company. I want you to know that you understand and agree that
any materials or creations developed during the training are owned by the
company and may not be used or reproduced without explicit permission.
6. Code of Conduct: You are expected to adhere to professional standards
and conduct yourself in a respectful and ethical manner throughout the
internship. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior
will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of the internship.

 7. Attendance and Punctuality: Regular attendance and punctuality are
essential. If you are unable to report to work or will be late, you must inform
your supervisor in advance, unless in case of emergencies or unforeseen
circumstances.

8. Certification and Recommendation: Upon successful completion of the

internship, you will be awarded a certificate of completion and a letter of
recommendation highlighting your contributions and achievements during
your time at Zetpeak Company.

9. Termination: Zetpeak Company reserves the right to terminate the

internship at any time for reasons including but not limited to unsatisfactory
performance, misconduct, violation of company policies, or breach of the
internship terms and conditions.
10. Compensation: This is an unpaid internship, and no stipend or financial
compensation will be provided during the internship period.
11. Liability: Zetpeak Company will not be held liable for any injuries,
accidents, or damages that may occur during the internship. You are
responsible for your personal well-being and should comply with all safety
guidelines and regulations.

 By signing this document, you acknowledge that you have read, understood,
and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions stated above. You further
understand that failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result
in the termination of your internship at Zetpeak Company.
