You are invited to join Smart Store to build its core product, which is a suite of tools for
stores in the automobile industry.

General Responsibilities
1. Executing full life-cycle software development

2. Programming well-designed, testable, efficient code

3. Producing specifications and determining operational feasibility

Specific Responsibilities
The general responsibilities would make it possible for your supervisor to change your
specific responsibility depending on the company's direction at the time.

Browser Extension
1. Design, spec, build, test, and maintain APIs that support the website widget that
stores install on their stores

2. Build and maintain designs on the browser extension

Compensation
1. You will be entitled to a monthly salary of GHS 4,000.00 for the first 5 months, this
will be reviewed after the fifth month.

2. You will be entitled to company equity according to the following terms

a. Every year you spend working on the Smart Store product you will vest 1% of
company equity. This is subject to a peer review by your colleague engineers
and subject to approval from Management strictly based on the agreed target
for the year.

The entire compensation package is subject to review based on

 1. Any consensus reached by the team in the interest of the company

2. The financial health of the company, that is, if the company raised money, salaries
will be reviewed accordingly

Requirements
None-compete
1. During your time with Smart Store, you agree NOT to

a. Consult for any entity in the same Industry, which is the data collection,
processing, and submission to third-party services.

b. Start a business that directly computes with Smart Store or Smart store
subsidiaries

c. Share Smart Store Intellectual property with any entity outside of Smart Store
without prior permission from a supervisor in Smart Store

i. Smart Store IP includes

1. The tools used in building the Smart Store software

2. The processes designed and used within the company

3. All Smart Store data generated internally and externally

4. All contents of Smart Store conversations with other entities

2. If for some reason, you are not sure you are about to infringe on item 1 above, ask
your immediate supervisor before sharing any information with any entity outside
Smart Store

3. You will not engage in any form of conversation with any entity introduced to you
through your work with Smart Store without instructions from your supervisor

4. This non-compete clause expires 3 years after your contract with Smart Store
expiries

Duration

 1. This contract(except the none-compete) expires immediately when

a. You are fired by the company management

i. However, your vested shares will not be taken away from you

b. Your resignation letter has been accepted by your immediate supervisor

c. You quit your job

2. However, the non-compete clause will be effective over the period stated in the
none-compete part of this contract
