    1. What kind of projects do Kick Startup offer to service?


    We offer services for projects that include design, content writing and
    development. We majorly focus on technical projects which include
    Backend Development in Django + Node + RoR + Laravel, Frontend
    Development in React + Vue + Angular + HTML /CSS /JS /jQuery
    /Bootstrap, Native Android, Native iOS, React Native, Unity,
    Blockchain, Tensorflow for AI, Machine Learning, NLP, Computer
    Vision, Deep Learning, Data Science, Web Scraping / Python
    Selenium Browser Automation, Wordpress, Java, C++, CAD, Data
    Visualization, Matlab, SQL, Python, Javascript, Ruby, Docker
    Containers, Chrome Extension Development.

    2. Can we select engineers of our choice based on their profiles?


    Right now, we are not sharing engineering profiles. But we provide you
    with the best suited engineer which can get your work done
    qualitatively.

    3. How can I provide my requirements?


    For any requirement of work, or discussing your project you should
    choose the option of Schedule a Meeting in the website. Or connect via
    Whatsapp.

    4. How can I connect with the engineer/freelancer?


    Post discussing your requirement and assigning with an engineer, we
    will create a Slack channel, where you can connect with the engineer
    under our supervison and get your work done.

    5. How can I avail free trial?


    Free trial is only provided to Plus opting clients. When you have
    discussed your requirements with us and choose for Plus portfolio,
    you can avail free trial for 2 hours.

    6. Do I need to keep some security before the free trial?


    We do not ask for payments before the free trial for Plus members. No
    credit card or other account information is required.

    7. What is the mode of payment and any terms?


    You will receive a mail from payments@kickstartup.in for advance
    payment in which necessary details regarding the payment option will
    be mentioned. Advance payment for Plus members(post free trial) and
    Enterprise members is required before starting with the Project.
    8. What if I am not satisfied with the work done?
    We will always consider your feedback for the ongoing and completed
    projects. Your payment is secured with us and is transferred to
    engineer only after you get satisfied.

    9. Can I directly connect with the engineers?


    No, you cannot connect directly for privacy issues. You can always use
    the Slack channel or can call Kick Startup helpline for any issues. We
    are present 24x7.
