As an IT partner we will further maintain the TASK Management Software. We here

by submitting our financial proposal costs Tk. 70,000 (Seventy thousand’s) &
technical proposal attached with this application. We look forward to opportunity to

the feedback from the employee or team member. It is very essential for the company to get
the output.

Integration, Testing & Training Tk. 10,000/-
Maintenance and Support As Per requirements

Payment Terms:
a. Advance Payment 50% at the time of signing contract.
b. Rest 50% after successful installation of software and the initial test

Maintenance Charges:

At the end of warranty period the client has to sign a maintenance agreement in
order to continue the maintenance & service. Annual maintenance Contact (AMC) to
be signed at 20% of offered price.
Warranty:
Six (6) Month’s comprehensive warranty. During this period Nobo IT will provide
the necessary services as required by the client and all matters will be in written
form. Within the warranty period Nobo IT maintenance will take care of the systems
and will visit the board when required. But Nobo IT will not liable for any kind of
improper use of products.

Installation & Training:

Installation & training of the system would be carried" out at the esteemed
organization in required working days.
Certificate of Successful Implementation
On successful Implementation of hardware and software at the customer site, Nobo
IT signifying the commitment of the Implementation will issue a certificate. The staff
in charge of the esteemed company would acknowledge this

Governing Law
This AGREEMENT shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws
of the Republic of Bangladesh.

Maintenance and Training

 Nobo IT will provide full Development and Maintenance service to the I-Mart
Engineering LTD..
 After the maintenance period, further customization will be based on as per discussion
and requirements.
 Nobo IT will meet requirements of the I-Mart Engineering LTD. for complete
development, if there are any further requirements after project handover which
requires mid to high level customization and time, an additional fee will be applicable.
