Role : ServiceNow Developer
Project Description:
The main objective of Employee Onboarding application is to create an application for the HR to onboard
new candidates to the organization by reducing the manual work. The following are the Employee
Onboarding capabilities: This application is capable of handling the Pre-Onboarding formalities before the
candidate's joining date. This application has integration's with the other applications like Time-off
Management System, Resource Management System, etc. This application helps to simplify and reduce
the onboarding process duration for an individual. It has an efficient document management system. This
application also handles the other support departments like IT, Admin and Finance. Very effective
collaboration using news feed between different departments. This application has many live reports to
track the status, tasks and give required information.

Responsibilities and Contribution:.


 Handled projects independently which were given by the management.
 Was part in defining and collaborating the processes of the ITSM team from tools perspective for
different modules.
 Present and pitch new ideas to the client for their go ahead and then lead out the designing and
implementing stage.
 Continuous process improvement enhancements requests were being assigned and handled.

Project Description:
The Leave Management System (LMS) is an Intranet based application that can be accessed throughout
the organization or a specified group/Dept. This system can be used to automate the workflow of leave
applications and their approvals. The periodic crediting of leave is also automated. There are features like
email notifications, cancellation of leave, automatic approval of leave, report generators etc. in this
system.
Responsibilities and Contribution:
 Serving has a responsible contributor to the client and the team as well.
 Working on the main modules of the project and on the custom changes as per the requirement of the
client.
 Set up a call with the clients to understand the requirement and come up with the solution designs
involving service-now best practices
 Analyzing the risk and impact to the solution design process
 Testing the functionality of the record producers once the development and the changes are done
according to the client requirement.
 Documenting all the Requirements and the changes made in the requirements (if any)
 Manually signing all the documents and receiving the higher approvals.
