 COST STRUCTURE
Cost for Project Devel opment: Techno Perfect Software Solutions proposes a flat project
fee of INR 89,999.00 for the entire project that includes the design, development and
testing efforts for the application.

There will be 4 payment milestones.

1. Upfront payment as advance towards the project: 25% Rs. 22,499/-.
2. Project first mid-point: 25% Rs. 22,500/-.
3. Project mid-Point: 25% Rs. 22,500/- (After 20 to 25 Days).
4. Project Completion: 25% Rs. 22,500/- (Before Project Deployment).

 Other Costs

1. Travel and Expenses

The Travel and expense costs are incurred by Techno Perfect Software
Solutions.
2. Third Party Software
Any third party software license required for project, this cost will be billable to
client.
3. Taxes
All applicable taxes cost will be billable to client.

 Note: Once the Advance taken by Techno Perfect Software Solutions will not be
refunded at any reason.
 Note: The Duration period of Software making will be change as per clients
requirements other than mentioned in this proposal and changes required by him.

 Terms and Conditions

 Proposal Validity Period

This proposal and the pricing contained herein will remain firm and valid for 30 days from
date which the proposal is delivered to Client.

The contents of this proposal are strictly confidential land neither Techno Perfect nor
Client shall divulge any information contained herein without obtaining prior written
approval.

 Customer Responsibilities

During the project lifecycle, Techno Perfect will expect the following points from Client:
o Timely access and availability of Client identified resources and roles as per the
projects
o Clear and timely information, direction, input will be provided by Client to
Techno Perfect Software Solution as needed during the project, particular
pertaining to questions Techno Perfect Software Solution may have
surrounding web applications functional and system requirements.
o During a schedule delivery cycle Techno Perfect Software Solution requires
quick approvals for changes in a system from Client.

 Product Support , Vendor Communication and Issue Resolution

Product support will be provided for 60 days warranty once the final delivery is made
and the software is live.

Vendor Communication: During the proposed project, status meetings will be regularly
schedule on a weekly basis. Project Status Report (PSR) document shall be deliver to
Client by the Techno Perfect Software Solutions project manager at each of these
meetings. Techno Perfect Software Solutions senior management will also be
reviewing the weekly PSRS. Additional meetings will be schedule as needed or as per the
overall Project Management Plan.

 Support Services and Defect Resolution

Techno Perfect Software Solutions understands that software systems are living products
that require support services, defect resolution scan involve sources of varying skill levels,
In order to offer Simplicity and transparency in the cost structure for these services and to
facilitate easy in accounting, Techno Perfect Software Solutions offers a blended rate of INR

2200.00 per day for any services that involve support and resolution of defects not covered
under any contract dually agreed upon warranty.
