2.1 SCOPE OF WORK

3. OVERVIEW

 LEXA is a comprehensive solution designed and developed by LONAR Technologies after

studying various industries, their requirements and pain areas.

 LEXA, while addressing all standard requirements is also providing many rich features which will

help employees to raise their expenses efficiently and effortlessly.

3.1 FEATURES

 Employee can create Expense Report online using web interface and submitted for approval

 Employee may opt to save partially entered expense report for completion at a later time

 Employee will be able to track the status through to payment processing.

 Managerial approval and auditing of receipts can be done online.

 Record expenses from anywhere

 Expense in any currency

 Stores Receipt Digitally

 Tracking of Project wise expenses

 Tracking of Vendor wise expenses

4. LOCATION

PROJECT LOCATION

Implementation of the solution will be done at Ador Wielding office located at Pune. Solution designing
and development will take place at LONAR, Pune office. UAT will be done at Ador Wielding office in

Thane.

 Implementation will

 Implementation Invoice will be submitted after Go - Live

 AMC would be applicable after one month of Go-Live.

o AMC would be 15% of the product cost. Taxes at actual.

 Location other than Pune HO following would be covered by client:

o Travel, Lodging, Boarding

 Invoiced to be paid in 15 days from the date of submission

 Resource mobilization period will be minimum 1 week after PO.

6. OBLIGATIONS AND PROJECT ASSUMPTION

 Roles and responsibilities must be clearly defined to get timely decision- making (empowered
project team with the right representatives from Client).

 The Lonar Implementation methodology emphasizes team approach. The team must include your
Project Manager and functional users from the concerned business functions and your IT team
when ever required.

 There will be representation from both the teams from the beginning and no resource shuffling
should be done in between.

 Client will ensure that the representation from business function will participate and provide
required inputs during implementation of the project.

 Client will manage any organizational change management and business change activity
required.

 Client will procure valid and prerequisite licenses as well as hardware infrastructure from principal
prior to commencement of project.

 Client will ensure that adequate systems support is provided to the project team for the duration
of the project implementation.

 Client and Lonar will work together to contain the scope and manage the project schedule.

 It is assumed that Client would engage it’s IT and Business users to the project.

 Full commitment of Client is presumed. Particularly in: Allocating suitably qualified resources,

reviewing and approving key deliverables and sign-offs in timely manner.

 Implementation teams will not be responsible for errors due to data inconsistencies

 Working computers configured with the necessary hardware and software to support Lonar’s
efforts, Network access, printers, telephone, email configuration and stationary will be provided
by Client to Lonar Team members while the team is at Client office.

 Remote access to system will be provided for offshore (Pune) team as and when required.

 Client business process owners are to be available to participate in the design reviews, provide
necessary inputs and complete the required sign-offs as and when required.

 Client will nominate a Project Manager who will be the Single Point of Contact for the
implementation team during the entire project. Same would be done by Lonar.

 English is the only Language for the implementation and documentations.

 Client would ensure availability of conference rooms or similar facility for conducting workshop
and training along with other infrastructure that would be required.

7. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 The project timeline and project cost required to implement the solution have been established

based on the scope and assumptions presented in this document. During the project, where

changes to the scope, architecture, assumptions and dependencies become necessary, in

addition to other factors outside Lonar's direct control, the project timeline and fee will become

subject to Change Control.

 On completion of milestone; a certificate of completion has to be signed by the customer and

based on the same Lonar will raise the invoice.

 Airfare, Accommodation, Food and local conveyance to be taken care by the customer for the

locations other than PPL Thane HO, Mumbai
