This project is a rollout of 1800flowers Oracle ERP implementation for its two brands DesigPac, Chicago, IL and
Napco, Jacksonville, FL. These brands of 1800flowers used to run their business operations which include HCM,
Planning and Operations, Procurement, Financials in their legacy systems in Baan (DesignPac) and AS400
(Napco). These Oracle rollouts have been initiated as 1800flowers.com brought these brands under its
technological umbrella. These projects required implementation of Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA), SCM (OM,
PO, INV, WMS) modules to map business processes
Contribution / Highlights:
• Working as a technical specialist for technical solutions apart from collaborating business and stakeholders
• Conducting business requirements sessions, coordinating with business users and Solution Architects for

Wyndham Worldwide Corp is a renowned company in hotel and rentals business. Their main business is to provide
hospitality facilities to hotels and hotel partners and resorts. They are spread across the globe. Major projects
concluded here are as follows:
• Worked for Wyndham for 6 years as track lead for GL, AR, Service Contracts, Install Base their many
initiatives
• Worked in Wyndham’s Upgrade project (duration of this project was 10 months) which was the major
highlight for me as I worked as a lead for their AR, GL, Service contract and IB tracks

Checks for their vendor payments

This project involves implementation of iStore, Financials, Order Management, Marketing and Service modules.
Extensive customization of back-to-back supply chain process. Data conversion from legacy systems, forms &
reports development and integration with third party tools. This involves operations in 160 Depots in Different parts
of UK and Ireland to be implemented.

Project Profile:
Cisco is a giant in manufacturing networking devices. They manufacture various networking products and distribute
and service them across the globe. Cisco has very large customer base and large list of products they deliver and
service. As part of DIA Synergy project we had to do data conversion from legacy system to Oracle Applications
Inventory modules. To do this we used CDB (Cisco Data Bus).

Dairy Crest, UK is in distribution business for its branded products of Milk and Dairy in UK and some part of Ireland.
This project involved custom development for integration of Oracle Applications AR Module with various Third party
systems. Dairy Crest allows its distributors to print invoices in local formats. Therefore all invoices generated for
customer need to be interfaced in local third party system. Also, We have developed reports for various customer
facing documents and management reports in Oracle Pricing.

process to accommodate business processes of both companies, data conversion, reports development in
Accounts Receivables, Order Management, Field Service, Service Contracts, Finance modules.

business processes from legacy to Oracle Applications 11i to have such an automated application that serves their
business need. This project involved customization of various processes in AP, OM and AR modules, Oracle
Service Contract modules. Also, development of reports in various modules.

Project Profile:
This project involved development of a custom application that Penn Well, USA would use for its show management
business. This required a heavy customization in Oracle Application 11i for this application. Pen well had Oracle
Application for its business data management. This application is developed to map their manual processes into the
Application. We had developed application user interface in Oracle Forms 6i. Various customized concurrent
programs to integrate this development to Oracle Applications modules.

Project Profile:
NCR Corporation manufactures Cash Data registers and distributes and services them across the globe. This is a
customization project of Oracle Application 11i’s CRM modules. The tasks involved were various Customizations in
Oracle Service Contracts, Oracle Services and install base modules. Tasks performed related to Service contracts
and installed base modules are:
• Contract Program to terminate the contract.
• Developed Customized meter reading form
• Developed many Reports for Service contracts.
• Uploaded data of contract from Legacy application into Oracle Service contracts.
• Concurrent programs for Install Base updated. Products we required to be moved from one location to other
as well as ownership of the products were changed. The concurrent program moves the Install base
product to the respective ownership.

largest document printing equipment manufacturer and service providers. They add their offices in 18 various
locations in India.This project involved implementation of Distributions, Financials and Service modules. Extensive
customization of back-to-back supply chain process, data conversion from legacy systems, reports development
and interface development.
