Galaxy Oracle Application Implementation (Jun ‘04 – May’ 07)
Worked as Oracle Technical/APPS DBA resource to support 9i RAC architecture implementation of
NSTAR Oracle CRM suit for their Call Center application.
• Customized the eBusiness Screen (Main screen for Call Center Service representatives) to
suit the users need. Provided various launch buttons (launch legacy Mainframe applications
so that the user can enter data through the Mainframe screen, and other customer based
applications including Credit and Collection and Launch of Experian Application).
• Extensively worked on Interface ‘Daily Update(DU)’ for data load from Legacy Mainframe
application to Oracle CRM. The process includes around 17 interfaces including Customer
Data to Appliances, Premise, Billing, and Usage etc. Fine Tuned and Streamlined the
process to meet the customer SLA.
• Developed Custom APIs and many Unix Shell scripts (Interfaces) for data transfer from
Mainframe to Oracle CRM and vice versa and developed Concurrent programs and scheduled

System(CARMAS) to generate for Payroll of 10508 Employees of BHEL, Hyderabad, from the Data
collected by Badge Readers at the Gates. CARMAS marks and employee Present/Absent based on
the Swipe Data (In/Out Punches). CARMAS also takes care of the Attendance Regularization,
recording of Late Entries, early Exits and Extra Hours Worked. Based on the Extra Hours Worked
data, overtime and Ad Hoc Hours Booking is done. It also takes care of Leave Recording
Maintenance, Shift Schedule Recycling, and Data Acquisition from the Central Information
Distributor and Generates number of required reports.
