JOB DESCRIPTION: Summer Intern FP&A

The focus of this position involves process improvement, standardization and cost reduction. We are
looking for candidates who are looking forward to a career in Finance and can fluently work with
automation tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working with different teams and understanding the business processes
- Supporting monthly, quarterly reporting and planning/forecasting activities
- Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
- Identifying problem areas in processes and improving with management input
- Identifying the best-fit automation tool to simplify processes and taking ownership of the
implementation
- Multitasking and setting priorities to meet deadlines and quality expectations
- Maintaining documentation of all automation and process improvement activities

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND:
Pursuing MBA in Finance and Bachelors in Computer Science

SKILLS:
- Finance and Accounting concepts
- MS Office Suite – Excel, Powerpoint, O365 tools
- Automation tools – Alteryx, Python, UIpath, VBA
- Business Intelligence tools – SAP, Oracle BI
- Visualization tools – Tableau
- SQL
ABILITIES:
- Good verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to juggle conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
- Eye for possibilities of process simplification/improvements
- Ability to work with diverse teams
- Self-motivated and Result oriented
- Open to learning new technologies
