Strengths
- Analytical (Logicians analyze most, if not all things they come across. From
people’s behavioural patterns to articles and data, this gives them a knack for
observing unexpected patterns and connections to certain personality types)
- Curious (Always looking about for new opportunities, research, hobbies, and
more. When inspiration strikes, Logicians learn all they can about their newfound
interest, jumping from one to another)
- Objective (Knowing and understand the objective truth is important rather than
taking comfort in false or received idealogies. Being able to understand what is
really going on allows Logicians to combat bias and misinformation, and be relied
upon as well)
Weaknesses
- Disconnected (Logicians tend to get lost in their train of thought, alone or with
other people. This causes a disconnection from conversations, leading to feelings
of detachment in large social gatherings)
- Dissatisfied (These personality types constantly look for ways to improve their
work or themselves, attempting to approach, solve, and think about things in a
different manner. However, this can be taken too far, leading to the neglect of
addressing their own needs and responsibilities)
Friendships
& - A Genuine Connection (Logicians take their relationships seriously. Meeting and
Relationships connecting with a person on a true and genuine level, whose mind they respect
and enjoy their company, are the relationships Logicians seek out for. These
personality types are direct and honest and wish for their partner and friends to
reciprocate that to avoid misunderstandings and build trust. It is important that
Logicians learn to express their affection in a way that resonates with their
significant other to combat their reserved nature, and to avoid issues of their
partner or comrades feeling unloved, ignored, or underappreciated)
- Navigating Conflict (Logicians are prone to shutting down after an emotional
argument or disagreement. When it comes to conflict, Logicians can be guilty of a
willful ignorance, setting aside their own and their partner’s feelings. With maturity,
these personality types learn the importance and validty of emotional needs.
Talking about feelings may not come naturally, but this leads to an opportunity to
grow, learn, and find emotional common ground with their partner)
- The Irrationality of Joy (Romantic relationships allow for Logicians to break out
of their world of thought, exposing them to experiences full of joy and pleasure.
These experiences can be transformational, revealing strengths, traits, and
desires that were unknown of beforehand. Logicians can be enthusiatic and
passionate partners with the right person, utilizing their creative and vivid
imaginations to expand the horizons of their relationship, without losing their own
sense of self)
- Choosey or Selective (It is difficult for Logicians to open up to some people, but
when they do, they are imaginative individuals that share their passions, ideas,
and solutions with close friends. Logician friendships are often knowledge-based,
exchanging ideas, theories, and concepts with one another. They reserve topics
on meaningful conversations for people they connect with and have a liking to.
Most individuals with this personality type tend to have a small circle of good
friends)
- The Meaning of Friendship (Logicians are generally excited to help when their
friends are dealing with issues or dilemmas, offering logical and rational solutions.
However, when it comes to emotional support or matters of the heart, some may
feel out of their element. Their greatest strength lies in their mind, having an
uncanny ability to see past superficial trappings, a way a person looks or dresses,
and social status to appreaciate the full potential of that individual. Logicians can
inspire their friends to find their own unique voices and be the one people can
count on in times of need)
Career Paths
Potential Career Paths:
- Mathmetician
- Researcher
- Analyst
- Scientist
- Inventor
- Artist
- Called To Explore (Logicians are drawn to the realm of theories and complicated
concepts, eager to explore underneath the surface of everyday life and investigate
the mysteries of the universe. They can find beauty in concepts that other
personality types may gloss over, making them well represented among
mathmeticians, analysts, researchers, and scientists. Jobs in technology and
engineering are also a possibiltiy, if they allow for some creativity. However,
Logicians should not limit themselves to technical fields. Any career that allows
them to invent or experiment with new processes, from teaching to management,
can provide a large amount of gratification)
- Deeper Motivations (People with this personality type are driven by their own
high standards and curiousity. Activities such as teaming building, speeches, chit-
chat, meetings, and other sorts of gatherings are unfavourable. Logicians strongly
dislike overbearing bosses or waiting for other people’s input, oftening being
drawn to self-directed workplaces or even becoming self-employed to maintain
their sense of flexibility and independance)
- Social Cues (Logicians rarely thrive in workplaces that require a high degree of
emotional satisfaction or input. Despite this, they are highly adaptable and can
suceed in people-oriented occupations, keeping their minds engaged by creating
and experimenting with new methods to serve their customers. Logicians may be
tempted to avoid careers that involve social interactions, but with their
incisiveness, ability to think critically, and creativity, their skills are in high demand
and can find success in a variety of different pathways)
Workplace
Habits - Logician Subordinates (Logician employees are resourceful and innovative,
understanding complex concepts and problems. However, in work environments
their independence is limited, leading to a lack of motivation. People with this
personality type have many strengths, but completing projects does not tend to be
one of them. This may cause them to stay at the ‘bottom of the ladder’ for a while,
steadily acquiring skills and habits to help them succeed later on in their career.
Logicians are able to use additional accountability and structure as an advantage,
learning to become better at turning their ideas into reality)

REFLECTION
With regards to my career path, I believe many of the traits and skills Logicians
possess are beneficial to a variety of different occupational fields. The career paths
listed in the results are potential options that I am curious about, however, none of
them are jobs that I am interested in. Currently, I am unsure about my pathway, but a
few careers that interest me are an artist or animator, teaching, veterinarian, or any
other occupation involving the main components of these four options. My reserved
nature would do well being a self-employed artist, selling my art or doing
commissions from home. As my own boss, I would be able to regulate my workflow
at my own pace, allowing for flexibility, optimization, and independence. Additionally,
my ability to grow, collaborate, and adapt would be best suited for positions like a
teacher, animator, and veterinarian, as they all require a strong sense of self-
discipline and collaboration to be successful. In conclusion, this activity allowed me
to explore aspects of my personality in various categories and settings, augmenting
the perception of myself as an individual.
