2. Ifdeemed necessary we may change the itinerary during a trip (i.e. due
to weather conditions, closure of sites, etc.). In that event the participant is
not entitled to ask for compensation or refund for fees that have been

3. Desireee reserves the right to change the itinerary and certain services
if required due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances. We will make
every effort to offer equivalent alternatives of comparable value and will
inform each participant of such changes at the earliest possible time and
any change in price if necessary.

4. Incase of a cancellation by the participant, there will be no refunds. For

your protection, it is highly recommended that all customers purchase
travel cancellation insurance.

5. Although high unlikely,thereis a possibility that we are compelled to

increase the prices due to unforeseen circumstances. The circumstances in
which this may occur are, but not limited to, the following: Increase in
transportation cost (including fuel costs), increase in provincial/regional
taxes and fees (i.e. embarkation/disembarkation fees, sales taxes etc.) and
currency fluctuations (if paid for in IDR).

6. To receive confirmation of a booked reservation, a down payment of at

least 50 %in IDR, must be transferred into one of the following accounts.
