APPOINTMENT AS ADMINISTRATOR

WITH SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ___________________, of legal age, Filipino, single, and residing at

_____________________________, do hereby name, constitute and appoint
_______________________, of legal age, Filipino, married and
_____________________________________, as my ADMINISTRATOR over parcels of land,
located in _________________________________, to be transferred and declare under my
name, and act as my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, for me and in my name,
place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things to wit:

1. To follow-up and transact with the Office of the Bureau of Internal Revenue,
______________________, in connection with the application and/or
verification of our TIN, payment of Estate Tax, Capital Gains Tax,
Documentary Stamp Tax and other BIR fees requirements, in connection
with the parcel of land, located at __________________________, designated
as Lot ____, and to get the E - Certificate of Authorizing Registration (E -
CAR) and TIN from the said Office;

2. To follow-up with the Offices of the Register of Deeds and City Assessor,
Department of Agrarian Reform, all of ______________________, and other
government agency, in connection with the transfer of Tax Declaration,
Application of Title and DAR Clearance of the subject parcel in favour of
___________________________, and to receive the tax declaration and DAR
clearances from the said offices;

3. To oversee and manage as my administrator and caretaker, with authority

to harvest or cause to harvest the coconuts and other agricultural
improvements in the parcels of land in ______________________, declared in
the name of ___________________;

4. To institute legal action which includes seeking assistance with a lawyer,

referral before the proper Lupon authorities, and before the court of
competent jurisdiction against any or all occupants of our real properties
mention above, who refuse or fail to vacate after the deadline set by any
of our Attorneys-in-fact mentioned above;

5. To make, execute, deliver, sign for in my behalf, any document and/or

other papers that may be necessary in effecting the aforesaid powers and
authority give.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform all acts and things whatsoever, requisite or necessary to be
done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said

attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and virtue of these

presents.
