QUESTION 1: Tell us about you and your family.

Please address these questions: Are you married or single? If married, does your spouse intend to accompany you
to Australia? Please list the names of all families members who will accompany you to come to Australia.
What do your parents do? Do you have family living in Australia? If so, what do they do and what type of visa do
they hold in Australia?

QUESTION 2: Tell us why you have chosen to study in Australia and in particular, why in Perth.

Please address these questions: How will studying in Australia benefit your future? Why did you choose Perth as the
city to study instead of Sydney, Melbourne or other Australian city? Have you done any research on other countries
before you choose Australia as your study destination?

QUESTION 3: Tell us about your living plans in Perth.

Please address these questions: Do you have any relatives in Australia or in Perth? What is your plan in regards to
