IMPRUDENCE RESULTING TO HOMICIDE”;

That during the pendency of the case, I will hold possession of said
TOYOTA Hi-Ace Van so that I may use the same in the course of my lawful
means of living;

That I undertake to present the said vehicle in court, agency or tribunal

when so ordered for the speedy disposition of the case and be held liable;

That I hereby UNDERTAKE to present the above-described vehicle to the

proper authorities should the same be not rehabilitated on the period given by
the Authorities to do the same;
