Dear Sir,
We would like to draw your attention to the following correspondence:

1- Letter No. FPCCI/DGTO/Corporate.Affairs/2023 dated 21st June, 2023

2- Letter No. F.No.17(21)2022-TO dated 21st June, 2023
3- Letter No. ABAD/2023/EM-1274 regarding the "List of Office Bearers whose tenure
as Member of Executive Committee is expiring on 30-0-2023" (Annex A).
We are enclosing another letter, No. FPCCI.DGTO/Corporate.Affairs/2023 dated 8th
July, 2023, and referring to letter No. 08(01)/Admin-2023 dated 07th July, 2023 from
Islamabad, regarding the conduct of elections for vacant seats of Trade Organizations
(Annex B).
In compliance with the aforementioned letters and notifications, we have emailed the
election notices, schedules, and Election Rules to all members of ABAD on 10th July,
2023 (Annex C).
We have also received an "Order Sheet" via WhatsApp from the Islamabad High Court,
Islamabad, W.P. No. 2226/2023, M/s. Saad Hassan and another vs. D.G.T.O & others.
We kindly request your perusal of the attached copies (Annex D) and necessary action.
In light of above facts, we kindly request your esteemed legal opinion on this matter.
