SUBJECT: MOTIVATION FOR ADDITIONAL OVERTIME CLAIM FOR MRS DIINA

KLEMENS FORTHE TECHNICAL COMMITTEE MEETING.

With reference to the attached submission of overtime and lunch for the Technical
Committee meeting by the Division of Rural Services. This motivation seek
authorisation from Chief Regional Officer to authorise additional overtime claim for
Mrs. Klemens who represented Windhoek Rural Constituency Office during the
Technical Committee meeting on the 27 July 2023, at Khomas Regional Council and
the field visits on the 28th -30th July 2023.

The Technical Committee comprises of different stakeholders from non-

governmental organisations, VDC members and OMA’s. Mrs Klemens was on leave
during the planning stage but joined the technical team during the exercise.
