We the undersigned underwriter surveyor in charge of ascertaining the cause and extent of the losses
during and aner the whole discharging operakon of the shipment of 21,467.065 MT of bagged rice
from vessel AGALI, stowed in ship’s holds under the bills of lading No KSC-DLA 01 TO 06.
We hereby bring to your kind aoenkon concerning that, during tally operakons, we noted a constant
delivery of mouldy bags discharged from the above named vessel.
In order to determine exact quankkes of mouldy bags and eskmate the losses, we therefore invite you
to a joint survey scheduled for the 03rd April, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the receiver’s premises OLAM CAM.

Purpose of survey:
 To recognize damaged cargo quanktes
 To aoend the rebagging operakons up to 50 days aner discharging complekon in case all the parkes
will not agree on a depreciakon allowance to be apply.
 To aoend newly at End of rebagging or at most aner 50 days on the 18th May 2023, the rebagging
results at this kme and agree on a depreciakon determined at this kme.

Failing to aoend this joint survey or to be represented, our findings will nevertheless be opposable to
you.
