Payroll : 1 year Apprenticeship

Designation : Trainee Screener
Job Period : After successful completion of apprenticeship
and ILHBS certification - 3 years on Fixed Terms Assignment, it can
be extended depend upon Individual’s
performance and company requirement.
Joining date : 1st September 2023
Apprenticeship Period : 1 year
Stipend : During Apprenticeship Period Fixed Stipend to be paid: a) For
Graduate Engg. Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) per month and for Diploma Engg. Rs.
15,000/-
(Fifteen Thousand only) per month.

Note:
1. Basic AVSEC (Aviation Security Certificate) – to be completed successfully within
3 months of joining. All support will be provided by the organization.
2. ILHBS – In Line Hold Baggage System Certification – to be completed
successfully after AVSEC certification followed by On The Job (OJT) Training and
Examination (80% minimum passing criteria). On completion of training period
and successful certification of ILHBS (80% minimum passing criteria).
3. After successful completion of Apprenticeship and ILHBS certification the trainees
will be absorbed on Adani rolls. If any employee leaves the organization for whom
the organisation has spent money on training and obtaining ILHBS certification, the
training and certification cost will be recovered from the employee. The recovery will
be as follows:
a. Post completion of training within 1 year – 100% training cost shall be
recovered.
b. In 2nd year - 50% of cost shall be recovered from the candidate.
4. There will a Personal / VC interaction for the selection post Aptitude Test. Selection
will be on merit basis.
5. Student should have valid Passport recent validity up to 5 years.
6. Who’s Passport is more than 5 years old or Don’t have Passport, those student will
have to get Police Verification clearance for Airport Entry Permit (AEP).
After successful completion of Apprenticeship and ILHBS certification Salary offered :
  For Graduate Engineers. Rs. 3,25,000/ per annum CTC (Cost to Company)
 For Diploma Engineers. Rs.. 2,82,000/ per annum per month CTC (Cost to
Company)

Brief Job Description:

• X-ray screening and image interpretation of check-in baggage to detect the

presence of any Dangerous Goods/Prohibited Article/Weapon/Ammunition.

• Carry out physical inspection of baggage if required.

• Carry out ETD test of each baggage after X-Ray Screening

• Maintain 100% compliance to all directive of BCAS and DGCA

• Surveillance of allocation and safe custody of security stickers and other auditable
document

• Maintain strict timelines while screening and physical inspection of baggage

• Coordination with Airlines, CISF and other stakeholders for physical check etc.

• He/ She will be required to support the business objectives depending on the
company’s Vision, Mission and Values of the organization
