We are excited to announce the start of our virtual campus hiring processes of Capgemini for 2021-2022
(Capgemini Exceller ’22 ).
· Candidate should not have more than 1 year of gap between milestone academic stages; milestone
academic stages considered are Xth, XIIth, Degree and Post-Graduation.
· Candidate pursuing Diploma should not have any gaps between Diploma and Degree.
· Candidate should not have gap years in the midst of a milestone education; milestone academic
stages considered are Xth, XIIth, Diploma, Degree and Post-Graduation.
· In case a candidate has appeared for XIIth more than once, candidature will be considered provided
both the marksheets are available.
Our Assessments:
Assessment processes remain the same as last year, and we would like to share specific details about them. The
overall test flow and pattern is as below:
We have attached an emulator video with this email for the game-based Aptitude Assessment and Behavioural
Profiling Module; to help you to understand these concepts. Additionally, during the actual assessment, before
the start of each Game-based module,you can practice and familiarize yourselves with the same before starting
the test.
The Behavioural Profiling module is for understanding the innate profile of the candidate, for which company
will share a workstyle report with the students who complete the Behavioural Profiling module.
*Please note that receiving the workstyle report does not confirm the clearance of assessment.
