Compensation Details:
Internship
 During in Premise Internship
Stipend will be ₹ 24,500 per month (during first 6 months stipend will
be ₹ 20,900 per month, Next 6 months ₹ 24,500)
 Candidates will be covered by medical insurance while working from
 Company premises
During in Remote Internship
 Stipend will be ₹ 20,900 per month ( during first 6 months stipend will
be ₹ 17,300 per month, Next 6 months ₹ 20,900)
 Joining will be in premise only , Remote payout will be applicable only
in case of pandemic or a situation where company will move to the
remote work.
 Candidates joining internship will be credited 12,000 eLitmus cash into
their eLitmus account
FTE
Upon successful completion of intern, based on the performance and
availability of positions, the full-time compensation of ₹ 7.5 to ₹ 8.5
LPA ( or more for exceptional performance )

Note : All candidates need to compulsorily join in Bangalore office of The

HouseMonk during the course of internship.

Job Responsibilities:
 Contribute and actively participate in feature implementation,product
designs, and programming
 Learn new technologies & take ownership of work streams, operate
without close supervision and work across the organization.
 Write clean,maintained code that others can work on as well as be
able to rapidly prototype and adjust in response to customer or
stakeholder feedback
 Research, investigate and fix a wide range of technical issues
Skills:
 Proficiency in technologies such as JavaScript ,HTML, CSS
 Deep experience in one or more relevant front-end frameworks such
as React, Angular, Vue, etc
 Understanding of the JavaScript Object Model & ES6 including DOM
manipulation
 Have knowledge of browser behavior, performance, compatibility,
and cross browser issues.
 Experience in NodeJS is a bonus.
