WictroniX is a bootstrapped profitable startup of SVNIT
students that aims to solve the problems of other startups
and businesses.

WictroniX provides an integrated end-to-end execution

needed to launch and grow a startup or business.
In simple words, we aim to be the backbone for them by
providing back-end support. We tell our clients that you
focus on what you're good at i.e., your product and the rest
of all the elements pertaining to a business will be looked
over by us.

WictroniX helps a startup or business in all aspects such as

Product Development, Business Strategy, Technology,
Marketing, Management, Market research, HR, Finance,
Compliance, raising funds, networking, etc.

3. Job Profile:

Technical Roles:

a) Software Development Engineer: Developing

software solutions for startups and businesses.

Candidate should have a strong background in database

management, backend, data structures, algorithms, and
computer science fundamentals.

b) Web and Mobile App Developer: Creating web and

mobile applications to support clients' businesses.

Candidate should be familiar with Git, frontend and

backend frameworks, UI & UX, RESTful APIs, and
databases.

c) Machine Learning & AI Engineer: Implementing ML

and AI algorithms to improve clients' products and
services

The candidate should have a strong understanding of

Python, python modules, Machine Learning models, data
science, statistics, probability, computer vision and
cloud.

Non-Technical Fields:

a) Research & Analysis: Assisting in formulating and

implementing business strategies for clients.
Candidate should have knowledge about market research
methodologies, survey design, and statistical analysis.

b) Digital Marketing & SEO: Developing marketing strategies

and handling advertisement campaigns.
Candidate should have knowledge about marketing methods,
social media, ads, campaigns, SEO/ SEM, email marketing, etc.

c). Operations & Management: Executing the business

operations, including project management, process
improvement, and team tracking.
Candidate should have an understanding of business and its
operations and have good management skills.

d) Finance & Compliance: Providing financial planning and

ensuring regulatory compliance for clients.
Candidate should understand financial statements, economics,
accounting, and budgeting well.

e) Graphic Design: Creating innovative and creative designs,

graphics, and content for clients.
The candidate is expected to understand design principles,
including typography, color theory, and layout, and have
experience with design software.

B.Tech 3rd Year – All Branches
B.Tech 2nd Year – All Branches
M.Tech – All Branches
MSc (4th,3rd and 2nd year) – All Branches

No minimum CGPA criteria. We encourage everyone to

apply.

5. Stipend:

Technical Role:
On-site: Rs. 10,000 / month
Work from home: Rs. 5,000 / month

Non-Technical Role:
On-site: Rs. 8,000 / month
Work from home: Rs. 4,000 / month

Work from-home (remote) option available
